Localised product launches for EMEA
At Cubic, I played a central role in the EMEA launch of the FEnX gate product, working closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to bring the solution to market.
I led the go to market planning for the region, shaping positioning, messaging and value propositions to clearly articulate the product’s benefits for transport authorities and operators across EMEA.
I gathered customer and market insight to inform priorities, supported internal alignment through briefings and enablement materials, and worked with sales teams to ensure they were confident communicating the product’s value in different market contexts.
Throughout the launch, I acted as a regional product advocate, ensuring consistent messaging and strong cross-functional coordination to support adoption and commercial momentum.
I created a experiential marketing experiences at two regional offices to demonstrate both the FEnX gate and FLARE AI fare evasion software directly to customers. I also worked on payments solution demonstrations both at trade shows and tabletop demonstrations for customer visits.
